Manufactured using high-purity aluminum oxide grit bonded with synthetic resins and reinforced with double fiberglass mesh, these discs operate safely at peripheral speeds up to 80 m/s (13,300 RPM). Free from iron, sulfur, and chlorine contaminants (Fe + S + Cl $\le$ 0.1%), they prevent cross-contamination and rust formation on stainless steel edges.
