Product warranty and returns

Our goal is to ensure that each customer receives a quality product that fully meets the manufacturer's quality requirements.

Warranty

* All products are purchased only from reliable manufacturers and suppliers.
* The products are stored and transported in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions (temperature, humidity, packaging).
* Each delivered product has a valid expiration date, in original and undamaged packaging.
* If the product does not match the order or is damaged upon delivery, the buyer has the right to apply for a return or compensation.
Return Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255, food products (including animal feed) are not returned and exchanged if the product is opened or damaged after receipt.
Returns are possible only in the following cases:
1. The product is damaged during delivery (damaged packaging, wet or torn package, etc.).
2. The delivered product does not match the order (incorrect quantity, different type of feed than ordered).
3. The product has a manufacturing defect (for example, inappropriate labeling or a manufacturer's error).
In these cases, we provide:
* exchange of the product for an identical or equivalent product, or
* a full refund for the non-compliant product.
Return process
To apply for a return or compensation:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product by e-mail: info@dzvsia.lv or phone: 26061727.
2. Send the order number, photos of the damaged product and a brief description of the situation.
3. We will evaluate the application within 3 business days and provide an answer on further action.
4. In cases where the product must be sent back, we are responsible for the courier costs (if the damage or non-compliance is our fault).
Refunds
* Refunds will be made in the same way as payment (e.g. bank transfer) within 7 business days of the return being confirmed.
* If you choose to exchange the item, it will be shipped as soon as possible – usually within 2-5 business days.
Additional information
* Please always inspect the item immediately upon receipt.
* Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of opened, used or improperly stored food.
