Placing an order, payment and receipt of goods

DELIVERY TERMS
These delivery terms determine the procedure by which the online store (hereinafter referred to as the Merchant) delivers goods to the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) after placing an order in the online store.
All prices in the www.dzvsia.lv online store are indicated in EUR (euro) with VAT.
We accept orders from both individuals and companies.
Delivery is carried out only within the territory of Latvia.

1. Ordering procedure:

1. When placing an order in the online store, you will receive an automatic informative order confirmation to your e-mail.
2. Our employee will check the availability of the goods and will contact you no later than within two business days.

If any of the ordered goods is not available, our employee will contact you to offer another product that could replace the missing one or agree on another action plan.

2. Delivery territory:
The goods are delivered within the territory of Latvia.

3. Delivery time
If the product is in the Merchant's warehouse, the delivery time is usually 1-5 business days after receipt of payment.
If the product is delivered from the manufacturer's warehouse, the delivery time may be 3-14 business days.
The delivery time may vary depending on:
* the selected delivery method
* the delivery region
* the availability of the product

4. Delivery methods
The online store provides several delivery methods:
* delivery to parcel machines
* delivery by courier to the specified address
* receipt of the product on site at the Merchant's address (if available)
Available delivery methods are displayed during order processing

5. Receipt of the shipment
Upon receipt of the shipment, the Customer is advised to check:
* the condition of the shipment packaging
* the conformity of the product to the order
* whether the product has not been damaged during transportation
If damage is detected, the Customer must immediately inform the Merchant.

6. Undelivered shipment
If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the Customer's fault (for example, an incorrectly specified address or the shipment is not removed from the parcel machine at the specified time), the shipment may be sent back to the Merchant.
In such a case, the Customer may be charged re-delivery costs.
